Welcome to Lot 177 NW Hazard Way
New upgrades on our slice of paradise for the 2023-2024 season include a 65” Smart TV, patio furniture including picnic table, and grill. Other features include landscape lighting and a tiki hut with accent lighting and outdoor kitchen including sink and refrigerator. Our lot is away from the traffic noise of I-95 and has grass behind it for your pet. We are close enough to the club house to walk, but far enough away to avoid the noise from the sports courts. We hope you love it as much as we do!
